1 lb. White Angus Ranch Ground Beef

1 lb. Hot Italian Sausage

4 Cloves Minced Garlic, 1 Bay Leaf

1 Red Onion Chopped

A palmful each of freshly chopped Basil, Oregano & Italian Parsley

1 Can Stewed Italian Tomatoes

1 Can Tomato Paste

1 Small Can Tomato Sauce

1/2 Cup Good Chianti

1 TBSP. Good Olive Oil

1 lb. Spaghetti


  1. Place olive oil in a Dutch Oven on the stove top and heat. Add garlic and onion and cook until onion is translucent.
  2. Add White Angus Ranch Ground Beef and Italian Sausage and brown on medium heat.
  3. Add bay leaf, Chianti, tomatoes, paste & sauce and simmer on low for two hours.
  4. Serve with al dente spaghetti noodles & top with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.
