1 lb. White Angus Ranch Ground Beef
1 lb. Hot Italian Sausage
4 Cloves Minced Garlic, 1 Bay Leaf
1 Red Onion Chopped
A palmful each of freshly chopped Basil, Oregano & Italian Parsley
1 Can Stewed Italian Tomatoes
1 Can Tomato Paste
1 Small Can Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Good Chianti
1 TBSP. Good Olive Oil
1 lb. Spaghetti
- Place olive oil in a Dutch Oven on the stove top and heat. Add garlic and onion and cook until onion is translucent.
- Add White Angus Ranch Ground Beef and Italian Sausage and brown on medium heat.
- Add bay leaf, Chianti, tomatoes, paste & sauce and simmer on low for two hours.
- Serve with al dente spaghetti noodles & top with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese.
