1 lb. White Angus Ranch Ground Beef

1/4 Red Onion, Diced

1 Jalapeno, Seeded and Diced

1/4 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1/4 Cup Shredded Hot Habenero

Cheese – we use Cabot

4 Sesame Hamburger Buns


  1. Place ground beef in a bowl and season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
  2. Add diced red onion, diced jalapeno and the cheese to the ground beef and mix well with your hands.
  3. Grill on medium heat for 5 minutes on the first side and 3 minutes on the backside. Grass fed is best served medium-rare.Do not overcook.
  4. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings. We serve with Hunts ketchup and Hellman’s Mayo.
