1 lb. White Angus Ranch Ground Beef
1/4 Red Onion, Diced
1 Jalapeno, Seeded and Diced
1/4 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Shredded Hot Habenero
Cheese – we use Cabot
4 Sesame Hamburger Buns
- Place ground beef in a bowl and season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Add diced red onion, diced jalapeno and the cheese to the ground beef and mix well with your hands.
- Grill on medium heat for 5 minutes on the first side and 3 minutes on the backside. Grass fed is best served medium-rare.Do not overcook.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings. We serve with Hunts ketchup and Hellman’s Mayo.
