2 Packages of White Angus Ranch Beef Short Ribs (Makes 4 Ribs)
1 Bottle of BBQ Sauce
1 Bag Dark Brown Sugar
2 Cans of Tomato Bisque Soup
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBSP Spicy Brown Mustard
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 Cup Water
4 Baby White Onions
- Season ribs with your favorite seasoning and brown all sides on stove top. We use garlic and onion powder, freshly ground pepper, salt and crushed red pepper for heat.
- Place ribs in deep dish baker with lid. Smother ribs with both cans of soup, BBQ sauce, water, Worcestershire, mustard, lemon juice and cover with brown sugar. Place whole baby onions randomly around the ribs.
- Place lid on deep dish baker and bake in the oven 275 degrees for 4 hours.
- Let ribs rest for 5-10 minutes uncovered. Plate and ladle a spoonful of the sauce from the deep dish baker on top. Enjoy!
